Structure of Our Governing Body

Full Governing Body
The Full Governing Body usually meets five to six times a year. In addition, we have a number of groups looking at specific aspects of governance.

Strategy Group
Chair: Peta Rainford
Reporting to the Full Governing Body, the Aims of the Strategy Committee are to develop the strategic direction of the school to ensure its ongoing viability and that all children receive the best possible education, with high levels of progress and attainment. Full Terms of Reference are here.

Finance Committee
Chair: Gary Booth
Reporting to the Full Governing Body. The aims of the Finance Committee are to ensure the ongoing financial viability of the school and the safety of children, staff and visitors through the effective utilisation, management, procurement and development of resources. Full Terms of Reference are currently under review.

Pay Committee
Chair: Gary Booth
Reporting to the Full Governing Body, meets as required.
